Company History
It seems like only yesterday that we opened
our doors for business. Both being first-time business owners, we were extremely excited, yet somewhat anxious about taking
the risk of stepping out on our own and forming our own company. We decided in order to keep costs to a minimum, to share
a 286-square foot office space, where we both started out with particleboard desks that face each other. We not only shared
the room with each other, but also with the steady noise of the fax machine, printer, and copier. We were a company of two,
operating on a low-end budget. Thanks to the support of the citizens of Effingham County
and the surrounding areas, we have become a company of five. We have gained two new loan officers in effort to continue serving
our clients on a one-on-one, face-to-face basis. We were also able to hire a secretary to help provide the quality customer
service we fell our clients deserve. Thanks to your business, we have closed many loans, enabling
us to move into a more spacious and attractive building at the end of Goshen Road.
We recently celebrated our third year of being in business. No longer must we conduct business
facing each other; rather, we each have a separate office to offer our clients a higher level of confidentiality. Gone are
the particleboard desks and the constant interruption of office equipment. We now have a more professional office
so that we can better serve our clients. As two local citizens who are living out their dream in their hometown, we would
like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported our business venture. We hope each
of you will remember us in the future for all of your mortgage needs.
